History
'D&G ... strong in developing and innovative form the very beginning'
With the foundation of Dittrich & Greipl GmbH on 1 October 1986 and the original vision to 'manufacture chassis and single components of metal' a story of success for the two general managers Franz Greipl and Paul Dittrich has begun to run its course. Since then, many customers associate with the company Dittrich & Greipl especially the following characterisitics: reliability, flexibility and the capability of being innovative.
Due to the experiences of both managers regarding the metal-manufacturing industry, the sheet metal processing in small and middle range quantities as well as the production of mechanical components were chosen as core competences. The company which started its business with three employees and one CNC-punching machine and one NC-bending machine evolved into a well-known producer of complete devices and systems.

Despite the bad economic situation in 1986/1987 Dittrich & Greipl was able to place major investments and could expand its machinery pool in the fields of NC-bending and CNC punching considerably. The workforce has grown up to 40 employees at that time. Til 1990 not just the number of employees had increased rapidly, but also business activities have expanded due to several investments. Because of the fast-growing order volume the production plant in Röhrnbach soon reached its limits and therefore the plants in Haus i. Wald and two facilities in Czech Republic have been added and established respectively.
